If you use the enquiry or visit-request form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, your child's age group, preferred visit date, enquiry subject and anything you choose to write in the message box.

We use website enquiry information to respond to questions, arrange nursery visits, discuss availability, fees and funding, and take steps you request in connection with possible childcare services. The website is hosted using GitHub Pages. The enquiry form is relayed through FormSubmit and delivered to the nursery's Microsoft/Hotmail email account. These service providers may process information on our behalf as part of providing hosting, security, form-delivery and email services. We do not sell website enquiry information.

6. International processing

General website enquiries are normally kept only for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and are ordinarily deleted within 12 months after the last contact.
